What to expect?
Following booking your initial consultation you will be emailed a patient questionnaire asking you to outline your main health concerns.
This will assist your doctor in planning your consultation and to ensure we can cover as much as possible in your appointment.
Your first appointment
Expect an hour of ‘me time’. Unwind in our comfy chair and let’s have a chat about YOU.
All initial consultations are up to an 1 hour long. They are designed to be patient centred and focused on the health issues that matter most to you.
Regardless of your appointment type, your consult covers the whole woman – any presenting problem/s are covered in detail, medical history, family history, medication history, lifestyle including diet, exercise, smoking and alcohol use, cancer screening (breast/bowel/cervical/skin), mental health assessment, gut health, cardiovascular health and risk assessment, metabolic health assessment, fertility, hormonal health, bone health and more.
If you choose, a skin analysis will also be conducted, and you will receive a personalised skincare prescription.

Further follow up appointments

What we are not
We are unable to see patients for acute medical issues or manage long term chronic health problems. We encourage you to maintain a relationship with your usual family GP.
We are not an alternative or complimentary medicine clinic. We practice only evidence based medicine and follow strict guidelines set by the RACGP.
Although we do encourage you to seek assistance from our allied health friends, as registered General Practitioners we are required to operate within Medicare guidelines. This means that your doctor will not always be able to provide referrals for tests or investigations that are not deemed medically necessary. Ie requests from alternative practitioners.
