Please note that HotDoc applies a small surcharge on top of the fees listed above. This surcharge is set and collected by HotDoc and is not retained by the clinic (details below).
All patients must book a long consultation for their first follow up to allow enough time to review results and medication changes.
Medicare rebates are available for patients with a valid Medicare card. However, not all appointments qualify for a rebate, as eligibility is determined by specific government requirements. If you’re unsure whether your appointment is covered or what your out-of-pocket costs may be, please contact us before your visit for further details. Telehealth rebates are often less than face to face appointments.
Payments are taken online through HotDoc payments – they charge an added fee for their service (30c + 1.75%). Patients are asked to keep a valid credit or debit card securely stored through the booking system. Your card will be automatically processed at the conclusion of your appointment. If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate this will also be processed following your appointment. Please request an invoice/receipt via email if required hello@wellwomangp.com.au.
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
Failure to attend an appointment will result in the full appointment fee being charged with no Medicare rebate. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will result in a 50% charge.
