New Patient Initial Consultation (allow 1 hour) – All new patients

Long Consultation/First Follow-up – Appropriate for first follow-up/ Results / Ongoing Complex issues

$315 ($125.10 rebate, out of pocket cost $189.90)

Short Consultation – Suitable for single, non-complex issue only. Suitable for 3rd and subsequent weight management appointments. Do not book for results or first follow up, a long consult is required.

Mental Health Care Plan  (existing patients only)

$315 ($156.45 rebate, out of pocket $158.55)

All patients must book a long consultation for their first follow up to allow enough time to review results and medication changes. 

Medicare rebates are available for patients with a valid Medicare card. However, not all appointments qualify for a rebate, as eligibility is determined by specific government requirements. If you’re unsure whether your appointment is covered or what your out-of-pocket costs may be, please contact us before your visit for further details. Telehealth rebates are often less than face to face appointments.

Payments are taken online through HotDoc payments – they charge an added fee for their service (30c + 1.75%). Patients are asked to keep a valid credit or debit card securely stored through the booking system. Your card will be automatically processed at the conclusion of your appointment. If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate this will also be processed following your appointment. Please request an invoice/receipt via email if required [email protected].

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

Failure to attend an appointment will result in the full appointment fee being charged with no Medicare rebate. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will result in a 50% charge. Cancellation policy

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice 50% fee will be charged with no Medicare rebate available. Failure to attend the appointment will result in 100% of the fee with no rebate. Thank you for your understanding.

Billing policy

We are a private billing practice and payment is required at the time of your appointment. Our fees are inclusive of out of consultation administration tasks completed by the GP such as reviewing of results and formulation of your management plan.

We understand that sometimes our fees may seem high, but remember that an investment in your health now could significantly improve your long term health and quality of life.

Fees are subject to change at any time due to Medicare revisions, inflation and CPI.
