Medicare rebates are available for patients with a valid Medicare card. However, not all appointments qualify for a rebate, as eligibility is determined by specific government requirements. If you’re unsure whether your appointment is covered or what your out-of-pocket costs may be, please contact us before your visit for further details.
Payments are taken online through HotDoc payments – they charge an added fee for their service (30c + 1.75%)
Cancellation Policy:
Failure to attend an appointment will result in the full appointment fee being charged with no Medicare rebate. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will result in a 50% charge. If you are having difficulty cancelling online please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
