Who would benefit from seeing a Well Woman GP?

Any woman struggling with their changing body.

How will it help me?

Visceral fat loss can help you to feel more energetic and confident, while also reducing the risk of chronic conditions and boosting vitality. Sustainable and meaningful body recomposition (visceral fat loss, muscle gain) is achievable with the right support team.

You will be supervised in a safe environment aiming for long-term weight management. This may be achieved with a combination of medication (if appropriate) dietary advice, exercise prescription and mindfulness strategies.

You will require several long face to face appointments and then you will be monitored for up 16 weeks (sometimes longer) in total, with regular telehealth or face to face check ins.

We may refer you for a body composition scan (extra cost) usually both before and after your program. This scan is really helpful in determining your body make up (fat v muscle) and helps us to tailor your weight management strategy and optimize visceral fat loss.
